About us
The comfortable bedrooms have views
across the Dorset countryside and are equipped with TV, hairdryer,
courtesy drinks tray and radio-alarm clock. The double rooms have king-size beds and the twin
has full-size singles.
Two rooms are en-suite and one has private
facilities.
Full English breakfast is
served in
the dining room between 0830 am and 0930 am. Different times, vegetarian
options and other special diets are available by arrangement. The
dining room doors open onto the south-facing patio where breakfast may be
served in fine weather.

Two mountain bikes are available for guests by
prior arrangement. The Countryside Code states that bikes should not be used on footpaths but
they are
ideal for exploring the numerous bridleways, quiet minor roads
and byways around Limekiln House.
A selection local maps, books and brochures are
available in the dining-room with suggestions for walks and places
to visit. If you decide to walk or explore a particular area,
we can produce an Ordnance Survey A4 sized photocopy tailor-made for
your outing. We'll be pleased to suggest
walks that we think you will enjoy.
Small, well-behaved dogs
may be acceptable in the house,
under control and by arrangement only. Please enquire.
Our
very territorial Jack Russell terrier loves visitors and adores children, but is very unfriendly towards other dogs.
Don't forget that the Countryside Code also requires dogs to be kept on a
leash whenever there is livestock in the vicinity or
wherever indicated by notices.
