Check-in and Check-out.

 Check-in is normally between 4pm and 7pm. Rooms are available all day during your stay. Guests are provided with room and front door keys. Check-out is normally by 10.30 am.  Please arrange with us in advance if you need to arrive, depart or park your car outside of these times, we'll probably be able to help.

Payment

A £30 deposit is normally required to reserve accommodation, either cheque, bank transfer or cash. We are not able to accept credit or debit cards. If you make a last minute booking then we will reserve a room provided  we have your name, address, contact numbers (home and mobile) and estimated time of arrival.

We ask that you let us know as soon as possible of any change of arrival time, duration of stay or cancellation.

The balance of the payment may be made by cheque or cash. Payment may also be made by bank transfer to our account online using our internet connection.

Cancellation policy

 For a cancellation received more than two weeks before the date of arrival, we will refund the full deposit.

For cancellations closer to the date of arrival, we will do our best to re-let the accommodation so that we can refund you in full.

If your deposit is not refunded, we will deduct the full amount from your next booking.
